What is BotFlo Score?
BotFlo Score is a browsable index of earnings-call AI transformation reports for S&P 500 companies. It is part of BotFlo, owned and maintained by Aravind Mohanoor, whose primary focus is the BotFlo AI Transformation Score (BATS) — a structured way to measure how seriously public companies are pursuing AI transformation, based on what management actually says on earnings calls.
This site currently indexes 128 reports. Each report links to an interactive viewer with cited transcript evidence, score breakdowns, and a full written analysis.
BotFlo AI Transformation Score (BATS)
BATS is a 0–100 score extracted from the full earnings call transcript — prepared remarks and Q&A — using a fixed 15-dimension rubric. Every dimension is scored with direct quotes and citation rows so you can verify the reasoning, not just the headline number.
The 15 BATS dimensions (100 points total):
- AI mention level and depth
- AI strategic centrality
- Management tone on AI
- Revenue and innovation focus
- Agentic automation level
- Customer experience transformation
- AI infrastructure and platform investment
- Measurable impact evidence quality
- Financial impact direction and trade-offs
- Future plans strength and specificity
- Hype vs. execution balance
- Governance, risk, and ethics depth
- Efficiency and productivity focus
- Internal adoption and cultural signals
- Overall AI maturity and coherence
Sector AI Score
Alongside BATS, each report includes a Sector AI Score (0–50) using industry-specific rubrics — for example, predictive maintenance and resource modeling for energy companies, or underwriting automation for financials. The universal BATS rubric stays comparable across sectors; the sector score adds context for what AI looks like in that industry.

Data sources and affiliate links
BATS scores are generated from earnings call transcripts obtained via API. Report pages include affiliate links to StockAnalysis where you can listen to earnings call audio for free and explore company financials. These are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you use them.
On botflo.com, StockAnalysis transcript downloads require a paid subscription; BATS scoring here uses a separate transcript source.
Disclaimer
BATS scores are analytical summaries of public earnings call language, not investment advice. Scores reflect what management chose to say on a specific call, not verified operational outcomes.
